brilliant hotel, outstandingly accommodating and incredibly kind staff, magnificent location by tramway. location close to a metro station, tram stations, coin laundry and cafes, and the old town. nearby bar pasticceria caldana - great place to chill out.

The place was perfectly clean, I booked the king room with street views, everything was perfect. There were a radiator and a balcony in the room, really enjoyed that...

The hotel's location is convenient as it is close to various transportation options, including bus and train stations. It is easy to go to the city center in about 10 minutes by bus that stops right by the hotel. the breakfast was decent, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely Christmas stay in a cozy accommodation with all the basic amenities, a comfortable bed and a decent breakfast with a variety of cakes and cold cuts. Parking was pricey, and the walls were thin, so we were disturbed by noises from the neighboring rooms. the walk to the city center was too long and there weren't many options for dining or shopping nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located just near the tram station, making it very easy to explore the city. The vintage decoration of my room added a charming touch to my stay, and the separated WC provided extra privacy. The clean bathroom across the hall had all the necessary amenities, and the breakfast spread was delightful with various cakes to choose from. One of my daughter's favorites was the delicious chocolate cake.

No significant negative aspects were experienced during my stay.
